Every week somebody at the front desk asks the same question. Should I get dip, gel, or acrylic? The honest answer is, it depends on your hands and your week.
Gel sits thin and natural. It cures fast under the LED lamp. Most people who keep their natural nail length should start here. Two to three weeks of wear, low effort, easy to remove.
If you load the dishwasher twice a day and type all afternoon, dip beats gel. The resin layer is thicker. It stands up to wear without lifting.
When you want length you do not have, acrylic is the right call. We sculpt the shape with a paper form, then shape and seal. Plan to come back every two weeks for a fill so the regrowth does not show.
